For 1 serving:
- Fresh “Gotukola” juice (25 g of fresh leaves)
- ½ a Banana cut into small pieces (Anamalu is our preferred choice)
- ½ Yoghurt (Sweet set or stirred)
- Cucumber juice (1 green cucumber)
- Ayurveda kombucha (150 ml or ½ bottle)
- Dash of honey (Bee honey or kithul treacle)
- Optional – ½ teaspoons of Moringa powder
Instructions:
Extract the juice from Gotu kola and cucumber from a juicer. If you don’t have a juicer, just blend them with some water and strain out the juice. In a high-speed blender, mix the extracted juices, banana pieces, yogurt, moringa powder, and kombucha together. Add honey to your taste.
Enjoy fresh or consume it within 24 hours. Full tummy, happy tummy.
